MARATE Skills is a comprehensive training course that enables participants to better manage difficult customer interactions.  The course teaches participants how to navigate and understand the mechanisms and psychology at play when dealing with difficult people and what steps to take.  Participants gain an understanding and ability to diagnose and apply the correct strategies for diverse personalities, managing aggression and defusing emotional charges.  It also provides skills and strategies to improve self-care, mental health, and wellbeing, giving practical support to many of the challenges currently facing customer-facing roles.
