Adaptability
Training
Adjust mindset & behaviour to suit a new environment.
Accepting changes of plans and rising to the occasion .
In the course of regular business activities, you will inevitably have to change your approach, backtrack with a client, or scrap an idea. Sometimes, it’s clear that something just isn’t working. Something needs to change. When that happens, you want your team to roll with it. The employees who stand out in these situations are those who can improvise, suggest alternatives, and chart another path.
Of course, many of us don’t adapt well to change. We become fixated on our design or solution. We refuse to kill our darlings. New data may invalidate the document we just completed and we need to start fresh. Many people become discouraged by this, but adaptability is a mindset and anyone can learn how to do it.

How adaptability can help.
Adaptability is one of the core skills we impart as part of our Self-Management workshop series. It’s designed for groups of professionals who’ll benefit from training to improve themselves at work.
This is tailored to build upon current individual skill levels, which means we don’t repeat what your employees know inside-out, or throw them in the deep-end without a life jacket either. Our adaptability training is designed to equip staff with the tools and methods to learn how to identify when the current approach isn’t working, brainstorm potential solutions, and change direction to what’s most likely to meet the team’s needs and goals.
Additionally, we’ll help them to adjust their mindset on what change entails – how it can be exciting instead of stressful. It’s ideally suited if you’re searching for ways to expand the capabilities and capacity of struggling, growing, or advancing team members.
